Why use two search engines when you can use 4?? http://www.searchthe4.com/ allows you to search not only Yahoo and Google, but also msn.com and askjeeves.com!

All I need is Google, and maybe Yahoo, I don't like Ask Jeeves, I'm alright with MSN, but it's not one of my favorites, but the search the four thingy does seem very useful, and I think I will try it out the next time I am in need of searching for stuff... Thanks for posting this, this topic has been very useful, you get yourself a juicy reputation point on you slate for this.

most search engines give you the same results anyway. In fact most search engines actually use results from google, yahoo, or msn. They don't even maintain their own databases. There are some search engines that basically search the big 3 and then display the results telling you which engine it is from. I believe this may be a better choice than the yagoohoogle website.

There use to be one that showed 10 different search engines. My old favorite was Hot-Bot. Now I stick with google.

Thanks for the site mate. I still just prefer using good old google, find it amazingly fast and efficient for finding information. I used to be a big fan of Yahoo for years, in fact- does anybody remember when webcrawler was huge? Yahoo and Webcrawler were massive rivals, this would be around 10 years ago when I was only in year 5 and when having the internet was a real privledge.

this is off topic but your sig is ANNOYING. It is too damn long. Back on topic... It's funny how search engines grow and die. I don't know if google is gonna be able to survive all the spam in it's directory but it will certainly be hurt by it. A long time ago, infoseek used to be the best and everyone used to go there first. Then infoseek goto bought out by disney (go.com now) and fell off the radar. google came out of nowhere and stole the show.
