How i wish outlook has so many features every time i start using it... But now that new things are being developed by third party vendors... Make things easier.
One of the most important things that i kept looking for is an efficient search that is filled with index, etc.
Sometimes its not very easy to search mails and files received via mails. Makes life a bit tough when i have to look for the files sent by others via mail.
i am still in outlook 2003 and yet to upgrade and guess what sucks.. I cannot search mails moved to my personal folders. So... i was looking for an option so long and i was able to find one.

Xobni is basically an extension to Outlook that does so many things. It will be very useful when you start using it.
It even gives you fun facts and your email usage reports.
Now things have changed and finding it easy to do so many things... searching got much much better, because indexing is done... its much easier to find files sent by others. I am happy that my efficiency in doing things with respect to mail just got better. I have started to recommend this service to others too.
