is ur anti virus up-to-date? well if not, you'd better update it fast.. or try different anti virus softwares, in some cases other anti-virus software detects viruses, trojans or whatever that other anti virus cant detect...

Well its hard to know which it is but it doesnt really matter as we know its damn bad! TRy what hadi said, ive never used that route before but it seems like a good idea, in the meantime, or if you dont try that then what anti virus are you using? and as said is it up to date? if it is up to date then you need to get a second anti virus, id reccomend avast as it seems to find alot of malware and is easy to use, search the web, its easy to find anbd free for home use. once youve got that open the anti virus main window and over to the right looks like an eject button, click that (this assumes you are using the simple interface found by right clicking the A icon in the icon tray and clicking "start antivirus") Once you see the menu click shedule boot time scan and do as it asks, then reboot and it will scan the entire hard drive and hopefully find that virus and destroy it while it still thinks the computer is turned off. That should do the trick. If you already use avast then update the virus database and scan using a thorough scan. if that doesnt work try finding AVG anti virus and trying the same steps with that.

Scanning For Virus In Safe Mode
(5) is it better to scan your system in safe mode? i've been having virus problems recently and i
really need to scan my system, but whenever i try to do it, the system hangs because of the virus
(or at least that's what i think is happening). at first i assumed it was hardware problems, but
i checked it and i didn't find any problem. i recently tried scanning in safe mode, but after i
switched back to normal mode, it seemed as if the scanning didn't help at all. or maybe it
worked, that i just didn't notice it.....

What To Do If You Computer Is Infected With A Virus
(11) Although we all hate computer viruses, it has now become a fact of life in day to day computing,
especially for those of us using the windows operating system. So here is what you have to do if
you are unfortunate enough to encounter one. 1)If you are connected to any network, make sure you
disconnect from that network and pull out the network cable as you don't want the virus to
spread throughout the network. 2)If you have an anti-virus software installed, run it. If you
don't have it installed, borrow a cpoy from friends or family or purchase it. 3)Keep run....
Services.exe
help! this is a virus! (10) so i woke up earlier to do some research on the net. i turned on my pc and suddenly my microsoft
antispyware (thank goodness!) keeps popping up a message that says "microsoft antispyware has
blocked a possible windows trojan d:\windows\services.exe from being running". i've
searched it on the internet and most of the sites that i saw said that it was a virus, since the
true services.exe is located inside the windows\system32\folder not the windows\
folder. so i've run updates on avg, ad-aware, spybot and microsoft antispyware and ran....
Messenger Service Message Virus
(28) i've uploaded these images for you to see. these warnings keep popping up on my window whenever
i'm surfing the net. i've observed that it pops up everytime a website/webpage sucessfully
loads. i dunno if it's a virus or an adware or something. the messages don't seem to make
any point, but just as the same i've tried scanning my pc for viruses but it didn't find
anything on my pc. these are just some of the messages that keep popping up. but they
contain almost all of the same messages, except for the website that it wants me to c....
Parite Virus
How do I get rid of it? (3) During one of routine scans my viruscan did, it told me it had 5 .exe files that were infected by
the Parite virus. After looking online I found a removal tool by BitDefender, which apparently
didn't notice the viruses. I also found a website telling me to download a recovery file to a
uninfected computer (something I don't have access to), put it on a disk, run the infected
computer in Safe Mode and run the disk to clear the viruses. So far I have tried: Grisoft AVG -
found the viruses but didn't remove them BitDefender Parite removal tool - didn't even....
