World Of Warcraft Question - Which version of world of warcraft is this screenshot?

i have seen many screenshots of world of warcraft out there, and they all have different layout's on the screen, and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what version of World Of Warcraft has the layout of the bottom of this screen shot

it is too large to post so that is the link, the reason i am asking is because i have a friend in LA that i met, *more like a cousin but not a blood cousin* and he playes world of warcraft, and i want to make sure that i get on the same version and servers as him...and he is "blind" so he doesn't bother with e-mail address and i dont have phone number lmao..how sad...anyways, if anyone can help its much appreciated, thand laugh.gif

every version got that graphic, the menus above are just addons, and the hawks both side at down bar are just default graphic, they dont show at default setting because they are hidden outside screen, to make theme show u need to lower ur graphic scale.

options-video options-UI scale

and if u want to play in the same server version ur cousin is playing, that is going to be fine, because u can only play in the newest version of wow, u will be automaticly updated for newest patch when wow is started.

oh, ok lol, so basicly there is only one real version of World Of Warcraft, and you can customize the layout. which is what a bunch of people have done in the different screen shots? like

    Hi, anyone plays Warcraft III : Forzen Throne here ? I'm having a problem and hopefully
    someone might be able to help... Here it is... I'm on wireless connection to my wireless router
