| | Hope this is the right place to post this question. While I am not really ready to sit down and decide who gets what when I croak, I am wondering about what to do and how to protect my partner in the event something happens to me. We are not legally married, so I can't count on that to protect him. I would like to make sure he becomes exucuter of my estate. I own the house we live in, and I want to make sure he can stay in it for as long as he desires. I do not want to envolve a lawyer. (I dislike them as much as I do politicians, and doctors) Anybody have any clues at to where to start? |
