Latin quotes are the best.

'Mens sana in corpore sana' .... roughly translated 'Healthy mind in healthy body'.

This means (for me at least) that one should assure that his body stays healthy and only this way his mind can create great things.
Like the importance of sports, enough sleeping, etc.

Although I read some things about the quote's origin and the meaning wasn't exactly this one.
