Well this is the site i want trap17 to host. Becose my contract with my provider ends at 5 jan 2005 i don't have any place to put my site. After long searching I found trap17. At first i was just looking for something simple but after reading what trap 17 had for me I thought : hmm this one has everything i maybe need in the future. The site is very simple and not completly done yet and it is in my native language(dutch). In the future i want to make a personal website (this one will have a english versoin also). The site is called Webuno . Take a look and let me now what you think of it so far . But please don't hit me in the face to hard

looks pretty good so far. Since your using .tk domain i would turn off the promotional pop ad. No one likes pop ups on their websites, not good for visitors. Anyways ill tell you how to do it if you already know just stop reading here and ignore what i am about to tell you.

first you go the .tk website and login. Then on your options to the left you will see dot.tk linker promo. Click on that and it will bring up 3 boxes saying pop up ad, banner ad, or no ad. By default its on pop up ad, all you have to do is click on no pop up. It will take like 15 mins to disable it. So you will still see the pop up on your site when you go there for the first like 15 mins or so. Thats it hope you enjoy your hosting here once you get it and have fun making your site.

As always i find flaws on other pages Too much education about that, and results are not often liked by others, but most time i hope they are useful. So let's go:

1. Main background.
To large file, to small resolution. It simply looks bad, and considering that you download it for a long time... Well 70 kB is to much! Try optimizing it by compressing the JPEG better. In fact the file should have... at maximum 50 kB.
2. Background color differences.
The fact is that the background picture and the gray you use for bacground are different gray colours. Try doing so:
- pick the gray coor from the picture of the cards
- create a new image of size 1x1 pixel - very small so it'll download in like notime
- use the color picked as the color of the 1x1 picture
- save the 1x1 picture as def_back.jpg (or gif...)
- use this newly created file as a default background for you pages.
One might say that this way you'll use the cards image as teh background. Not at all. There is a trick. Just make a table for the whole page, then use the cards picture as the background of the big cell containing the whole page, and you've got it!
3. Text on colorfull background pictures.
It has to go away! Noone will be able to see these texts! I went to this 'download' section and i couldn't see the 'download' link, because it merged with the colors of the background! And the same goes to 'links', where there are images in the back and images in the front!
4. The site is too large vertically.
There is not so many content and still i had to scroll the page. I don't know what it is, but maybe you should work on throwing it away?

Aside these i like the side panel for navigation. Just a litle bigger letters would be better - maybe bold letters?

The background needs to be changed.
The verticalness is too big...
Thats about it.
But you really, really, need to change thatbg pic to something else!
It was pretty hard to see the words "Download" when I went to the downlaod page.
