I usually go to my room and listen to music...then i don't see other people and get angry with them
and sometimes i go for a walk when i'm sad..i have enough time to be alone and nature always makes me a little happier
Usually I just try and do something I like doing to take my mind off whatever it is making me blue... if that doesn't work then I will usually just talk to a close friend about it to get it off my chest.
I chose other. When I feel blue out I just lie on my bed thinking or go outside for a while
in fact .i am a blue people often in the day .but i like to listen the music which
well hopefully not that fourth one! Actually I picked 'other' because I usually go write. Interalize it and convert it to something creative. hopefully.
Often when I'm blue, I tend to feel moody and frustrated that things are just going as well as I want them to. For me, the best remedy is usually to talk it over with a friend. Usually it helps take my mind off of it a bit by sharing the problem and discuss possible solutions together.
I usually eat a lot but when I'm blue I eat even more! I rely on comfort food to make me feel better and that usually works! Also, I try to go to the mall or I just walk to clear my head and be enlightened. Music is good too!
