Hey it is me again and i just want to say that the race for nextel cup was a great race. And man it was awesome all the way through. It started with cautions on lap 5 and lap 10 with a total of 21 cautions breaking the all time record for cautions in a race. But i have to say that JIMMIE JOHNSON IS THE MAN. he won the race by 2 hundreths of a second on the last lap pass of bobby labonte. 3 straight coca cola 600 victories for the lowes racing team and hey it has never been done befor tonight. Eveyone at lowes gives him a very big hooray. For getting the job done. We will celebrate this win for the next week and i can't wait to meet him on june 19th when they hit MIS. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

habit (cocaine, marihuana, ecstasy etc.) but I think that every thing that is consumed in high
quantity can be considered as injurious to health and it's after someone need it for ceaseless
use so we can say it's addiction. I'll give you an example with one of my friends that has
addiction to Coca-Cola. He always come to work with at least 1 bottle of 500ml, but often he can be

How To Shave Off 5 Seconds In A Two Mile Race.
(2) I am a freshman girl who started running in 7th grade. Now during the track season I run the two
mile and for cross country I run the 3 mile. Sectionals for track is just around the corner and I
need to shave 5 seconds off my time to qualify. The qualifying time is 11:31. I ran an 11:36 in 60
degree semi-windy weather last week. At this meet I ran these splits: 400: 1:23 800: 2:45 Mile: 5:40
Finish: 11:36 I'm thinking that I should run a slower first mile and then not die so much on
the 2nd mile. Is this a good plan? Please post any ideas for mental, splits, diet. A....
