PC or mac? I use PsyncX for my mac, (mainly because i don't have leopard... with time machine) I used a trial version of an NTI backup program, and it worked well... ALAS it was not free and only gave me limited backups... Which was fine since I used it when I was backing up my data to do a fresh install of windows on my windows machine.

I second acronis and seagate disktools if you have a seagate (which are the best hdd's X:) Disktools is based on acronis though anyways...

R-Studio (Link) is one of the best tools around to recover deleted/lost data. I have used it before to recover some of my school work - my final art exams were taking place and my Photoshop files just disappeared on my USB memory stick and in only 5 minutes I managed get the file back for submission! Secondly, I highly recommend that you use Acronis for backups since I have used it for about 5 years and it just keeps getting better.

Acronis is very good, but don't forget it's for backups, and can't recover lost files if you haven't made backups of them first! The good thing about acronis is that not only it backs up files or folders, but it backs up whole Hard Drives. Rejoice!

Can't Login To Any Software On My Site
anyone know how to fix? (3) In a subdomain of my site I have an installation of MediaWiki, and until now it's been working
fine. But today I've been having trouble with it. Previously, whenever I logged into MediaWiki
it worked first time and I would stay logged in for about an hour, even without the "Remember Me"
option checked. But I tried logging in now, and after logging me in, the next page I went to showed
me as "not logged in". I cleared the cache as I know this has been a problem before, and then tried
logging in again, but it still said I was not logged in! So I tried one more ....

What do you think is the most useful software (4) What do you think the most useful software out. For me its Aim, xfire, or Notepad. Most people
won't understand notepad but watever. For my favorite Explorer is Firefox. I never upgraded to

Very Disappointed With Data Center Migration

Yes, a whole terabyte! (8) Source Seriously, this is innovative. I can't wait for them to produce these...though you know
the sellers are gonna jack the hell out of the price. In any case, I can only wonder what this will

maker. Its the lamest and really requires no skill. So im gunna whack my vote on Adobe Premiere Pro

Just a little back ground on the software. It was started back in 2005, and has been sold 2 times,

Hard Drive Recovery
(9) One of my friends dropped her Dell Inspiron 1501 and the computer now won't boot. On inspection,
the computer takes a long time to finish POST, then displays that it's loading Broadcom drivers,
Intel drivers, and then it displays: No OS detected. Check PXE ribbon . So I restart, check out

Looking for software (10) So I'm not quite ready to spend $1500 on a Boss BR-1600 Digital Recording Studio
package...and I know there are many options for recording music through the computer...my biggest

My Ipod Is Randomly Skipping Songs, Losing Data,
regaining data, and freezing (21) This morning I was going to listen to some music, so I got my iPod, turned it on, and it reset (I
hadn't had it plugged in for a while). When I got to the music, it would go through half of a
