So I was watching the News the other day, which is slightly unusual to me when a Report came up on
Video Game Addictions. I thought this was sort of weird, because Video games don't contain
nicotine, or an addictive substance, at least I hope, but further on the Report started to make more
sense. It explained Video Games cause a psychological addiction ,and the addiction occurs because of
the experience, and the good feeling you get from playing them. I am a gamer myself and never

Once I ever got to know how to use a computer and found out many things that a computer can do I was
surprised. It all started when I got on a computer for my first time playing a game that my cousin
had let me play. This was 5 years ago and now I am very addicted to the computer and if I stop using
the computer for about a day or week I feel like i'm gonna die or something. The only time I
don't feel like using the computer is when my cousins and families visit from other places. Or
when I play a video game that is not on the computer....

As many of you may have heard, caffeine can be considered a drug to some. What are your opinions on
this subject? Obviously, like any drug, caffeine can affect some, while others can be unaffected.
For example, I drink soda, usually two cans a day. Now, I have gone sometimes a week or two without
soda though, clearly stating it has no control over me, but I have heard it can affect others in
strange ways. For some caffeine consumers, if they go too long with it, they will get headaches,
nausea, etc. But I rarely see this is people. This is most people's defens...

When people talk about some kind of addiction they usually connect it with the drug abuse or drug
habit (cocaine, marihuana, ecstasy etc.) but I think that every thing that is consumed in high
quantity can be considered as injurious to health and it's after someone need it for ceaseless
use so we can say it's addiction. I'll give you an example with one of my friends that has
addiction to Coca-Cola. He always come to work with at least 1 bottle of 500ml, but often he can be
seen with 2 litres bottle. He drinks Cola all the day, in work, in the café or just ...

You could (and once upon a time I did) say just don't get on them, but maybe you didn't
break your sternum while you were trying to heal from four broken vertebrae. I was in the hospital a
very long time, and while I was there they gave me Dilaudid, which is stronger than morphine, which
is stronger than any heroin you'd find on the street. I was very worried because in my job I
meet people who got addicted to these medicines and ended up buying them on the street, losing their
jobs, etc. People I worked with lost their jobs because of it. Until this year, I...

Have any of you cured a common addiction that you or anyone you know have experienced? Feel free to
shout out any helpful tips or what you think would be the most effective way of solving an
addiction. Or simply add which method you feel would be the most effective. Whether you used an
advertised product to help cut down, made your own program or cutting down moderately, the use of
exercise or a certain diet, inspiration from other people or from advertisements displayed on
TV/Radio. Or simply packing it in when you feel like it....
