It really depends on what type of sites that may link to your site, if you have heaps of sites linking to you, but they are all not popular or just either directories in general.. then it would be either a long time or never when the site gets listed on google As someone already pointed out, google goes on new content and quality links (as I also gave a brief explanation above). Google and many other search engines go on content and quality rather than "link popularity". However, if you hadnt broken any quote "hidden" rules /quote as someone else said, then there should be no probs in indexing the site to the popular search engines such as google.

My website was never added in google ethire.... I submitted it 2 months ago. I never even got google bots visiting my website. =.(

To me, Google seems to index sites very strangely. Also, my site wound up in Google somehow (I guess I had some external links somewhere). It's hard just to get a decent PageRank. Anyway, it probably does take it a while to add it. Just be patient, as everyone said, and then it may show up.

When I try to visit your site Im getting a 404 error. Maybe thats why no google. Check to see if everything is set up and working.

there are a number of criteria that your site must pass in order to be listed in google. perhaps the topic or content of your site is someting which is undesirable and hence why google will not list it. amongst that there are other reasons as well. might pay to look them up.

My site got listed in google very quickly (within a week) but now 1 month later and it still isnt in the top 1000 results for "rc forum" yet on msn my site is number 2!

I'm telling you, it is a must to have your site included in google sitemaps to get ranked in google nowadays. Sitemaps is a free membership based submission program where google will give you stats on your website - last time it was crawled, any errors found, keywords it's ranked for. https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/loginAll you need is a Google account to use it - an email address to sign up. Have you submitted to msn yet? or yahoo?

I would also like to be added to the Google search engine. I have added my site but it doesn't seem to come up. My friend also has a site and he gets the first listing every time. He will not tell me how he does this so I will not add his link here so as not to give him more links to his site. My site is www.allweatherroofingandbuilding.ie and I also have another site www.allaspectsroofing.ie If anyone can suggest how to get a good listing, please reply. Many thanks, Glenn.
