Idon't have the time right now to check if this works, but it used to work a while back. Start > Execute > Type cmdA dos box should now open. Type: ping nameofyourdomainname eg. ping www.trap17.com The returning IP should be the IP used for the server your website is on. Now, type the following url: theresultingipadress/~ yourusername this should forward you to your website.

The IP address for the trap should be available off the Help or trap17 Readme files. The sever is port number 2082 and there is a path to the index page following that, so when I sign on to the cpanel, I get an address like: CODE http://username.trap17.com:2082/frontend/rvblue/index.html . I'm thinking that you should be able to replace the "username.trap17.com" with the IP address like so: CODE http://xx.xx.xx.xx:2082/frontend/rvblue/index.html . I might be wrong. It has happened that way before.

Remember you are part of sub-domains. Therefore you need to use your unix shared directory URL. The correct URL to your site is 64.69.46.210/~your_cpanel_name or (using server name) gamma.xisto.com/~cpanel_name Your given URL is what you requested with your application. Go back to your application to review. The correct URL to access your cpanel is http://64.69.46.210:2082 and enter your cpanel and cpanel password. But it is easier to remember as Your-sub-domain.trap17.com/cpanel This information and others are all included in Trap17 Readme. Please search the forum.

Which part of the question you were seeking for the answer? The cpanel IP address was provided and your website IP was also provided... Post in detail with your question so that the answer you're trying to obtain can be posted. Thank you.

Dear MaineFishing45 you can find your site ip with ping site url in cmd for this job type cmd in run in start menu and then type in cmd ping http://www.yoursite.comthis code return to you ip address if your site in gama server , gama server ip address is 64.69.46.210 have good time

Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed
from rvblue to somethiong better, say the one I had before? I think it was called cpanel mod x3 or
something. The frontend for rvblue is my cpanel ip:2082/frontend/rvblue/index.html But the one I
want is my cpanel ip:2082//frontend/x3/index.html which says 404 not found. I really want tha....
No Site Access
(4) It was working the day before yesterday and then it started giving me error messages about not being
able to access the site. I can't access cpanel either. Neither page ever loads. I don't
have this problem with any other internet pages, just my site stuff on Trap17. My site's at

Can't Access My Site....weird Issue
(5) Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do

Unable To Replace .png File In Directory
Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I

Where Does That Noise Come From?
My Trap 17 web site beeps (6) I am posting this here rather than in the 'Web design' topic as it seems to be something
which happens exclusively to my Trap 17 web site. When i have my web site open, which you can find
here , every so often (quite regular actually) a short and high pitched beep is sounded. At first I
thought it had something to do with my sound card or my PC, but recently I discovered it only
happens when I have my site open. It does not matter which page of the site I have open, or whether
the page has multimedia embedded in it, I get it regardless of the page I am on. Has....

Cannot login as it states "Login Attempt Failed!" (4) Before I was able to login within my Cpanel without problem but now I try to login and it states

Site Back Online, But....
Works on anyone's machine but mine. (20) I got a reply from Xisto today that my site was up and running again. Yet, when I surf to it, it
will not load, also, my email client keeps telling me the POP3 server (the one related to my domain)
timed out. My Cpanel will not open neither. On my son's laptop (on the same network, hence same
IP address) the site loads immediately. Has anyone got any idea what the problem my end could be?

Server Migration issues to report. (48) I tried downloading my email from website this morning and Thunderbird said it couldn't access

the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....

(4) My site and forum have been down for the last 4 hours. It appears to be the php scripts only that do
not work, as every other part of my site is working okay. But my site is a php powered CMS and
