Heh. Not to my knowledge (at least for the cd, dvd I'm not too sure about) . This was a feature request like maybe four years ago. However, if you go to this page, it has instructions for installing pptp, a common *nix vpn client for knoppix. Good luck.

Trying to receive zzn.com email in my client (2) Hi, at the moment I am running a test to offer visitors to my web site a free email address via
zzz.com ( ZZN Free Email ). This seems to work, however (the reason why I am asking here is because
I cannot find satisfactory answers in their FAQs and support does not seem to get back to me),
although it is advertised on their web site that you can receive your email in your email client
rather than as webmail, it does not deem to work. I got in touch with support to ask if that was a

Has Anyone Ever Seen This Before?
Permission Denied on FTP Client (7) For some odd reason, one of the folders in my template folder cannot be renamed, deleted or edited
in any way. I simply get the error 550 Rename/move failure: Permission denied upon trying to do any
of the aforementioned things. I can download everything from it just fine, but as soon as I do

Ftp Application
I need a new FTP client (10) I am trying to upload my Content Management System to my website but I am having some issues. I need
a good FTP client that is stable and will allow me to upload about 5mb of files to a directory in
under half an hour. I have tried lots, too many to name, If you would kindly tell me which apps to

Knoppix 5.1 Question
(0) Today I got Knoppix 5.1 working off of my hard disk. It has some small problems however. Certain
applications don't work, like me trying to change the time as it is off on my computer. The
partitioner GParted does not work either. All of these produce the same error message. Can anyone
offer some insight as to why this is happening, and how to correct it? ....

(18) What do you think is the best messaging client? Right now, I must say Trillian, because it allows
multiple acount log ins at the same time. But it's only for windows, and I'm not sure if
there's a linux version...and I am about to switch to linux. So once I switch to linux, i'd

know that all IM programs have built in file-sharing capability but that is not quite enough for me.

What is your favorite BT client? (90) I use BitTornado because it's very reliable for me, although at times, the GUI seems to freeze,
and I get very mad when that happens because I leave the computer on for a long time, so when I get
back, I expect a finished download. I've also tried BitComet. I don't know if this is me,
but the torrent seems to take SO much longer to finish downloading than it does on BitTornado. If
