| | Hi guys... need a little help. One of my friends bought me cool phone as a present, but I don't know if i can use it. I'm a Cingular user, and the phone he bought me was Verizon. Is there any way I use this Verizon phone w/out switching wireless plans?
I have the enV by Verizon.
please tell me what you know.

Verizon is CDMA and Cingular is GSM. The two networks and their respective phones are not compatible with each other. Sorry about that. Your Verizon phone will work on several networks, but at this time, Cingular, T-mobile, and AT&T are the only ones compatible on a fully GSM network. -Tre Thacker

Any Slim Decent Mobile Phones To Suggest?
(4) Ever since I got my Sony Ericsson K800i, I have been out of touch with the releases of new phones. I
am looking for something opposite of what my K800i was. I want a slim, decent looking and relatively
quick processing phone, it does not need to have a 3 MP camera or more, it does not need to have so
much of space either. I just want one which I am able to text and call efficiently, that is the
purpose of my phone. Anything else, I have my iPod and Sony T100 for it.....

What phone have you owned, do you have now and want to have? (1) My first was Mitsubishi trium Aria, than i changed to Nokia 3310(nice connection with it), than were
Samsung c100(nice polyphony), siemens cx70, which i patched many times... Motorola mpx200, siemens
sx1(megapatched), moto mpx220, nokia 6680, Siemens sx1 McLaren Edition, benq e71(nice device, but
with bed display). And my last and present phone is Siemens sxg75.....

it is a walkman flip/slide phone. i currently have a w300i and am very happy with it. however, i
have recently been disappointed with se phones. i find the w880, w200 and w600 absolutely
horrendous. then, i discovered these pics on the web, depicting the new generation se phones. and i

Iphone Update Disable Hacked Phones
(5) After reading the article it is obvious what the update was for besides adding in new services and
updates, however, it took all of what, two weeks to hack the IPhone? So I doubt it will that long
to figure out what apple change to disable the hack phones. I found this particular quote amusing,

Heck I would if I knew I would be losing millions of dollars a month on a phone that that was hacked
and used by another phone provider, but like I said earlier it won't take ....

package:($57/month) They have unlimited minutes all the time, unlimited text & picture
message,caller ID, free long distance, some other things. Well the only problem I EVER have with
them is their phone prices!, let alone the small selection. I was wondering if anyone can help
me with a questions here. Do you think they will let me purchase a phone, one they support

Verizon Imposes A Surcharge For Dsl Users

lower their cost of DSL service because of a judge mandated order. But in order for the company to
not lose money they impose a surcharge for DSL users. Charging like a $1.20 for 768 users and

(7) My idea would be to create a completely hands free cell phone.. The phone will be used and worn just
like the new curretn ear pieces.. The design will be very similar but will design sleek looking
models.. This phone would need to be completely hands free, with that said.. there would be no

two earlier studies that claimed cell phone use has no correlation to increased brain tumor risk.

What Is The Difference Between Cell Phones And 2-way Radios?

roar!! (15) At times i find cell phones very annoying! They go off in movie theaters even though they ask
you to turn them off! Those stupid ringtones, the camras(perverts), they take pictures of you
even though you ask them not too, and people drive and yak on them! Oddly they do have uses but
they can be hazardious to drivers mainly. When you are driving you have no way really to tell that
person to pay attention to thier driving. Well you can honk at them but they just roll thier eyes
and just continue!....

Offerings plentiful, but speed slow (15) I've had Verizon DSL in my house since Fall 2001, and had have mixed experiences. When we only
had one computer connected, we would often have trouble connecting, and I would end up calling them
for a problem that could be solved by either restarting the modem or the computer. When we installed
a wireless router, these problems disaapeared (although getting the computers to connect to the
router wirelessly was a challenge). In recent times, Verizon introduced MSN to their packages, and
