From what I know, Verizon does not have sim cards as it is primarily not GSM and uses CDMA. I don't think that the RAZR can work with Verizon Wireless, but there might be some kind of work-around that I might not be aware of.
Verizon Direct Stores and several service providers have a machine that can transfer the numbers from any phones to any phones. You can check around your local cell phone stores to see if they do have the capability. Or you can use 3rd party software to transfer the numbers via your pc ie. Bitpim.
Telephone number portability
Verizon Phone Book Transfer
I was in a Verizon store and asked about the portability of my phone number if I signed up for a contract. I was told that since my present number is with a pay-as-you go plan (AT&T GO phone) and not with a contract plan I could not transfer my old number to a new contract-plan (since government regulations concerning the portability of phone numbers do not apply to pay-as-you go plans). This sounds fishy to me. Does anyone know if what I was told is true?
is nokia the best phone company. i think it is. it is the best value for money, and the functions
and graphics are great. its a great all round phone. yes motorola style is cool. and ericson is good
for music but i think nokia is the best overall who agrees?....
This doesnt amount to much, but I thought it was a funny story and you guys and girls would get a
chuckle out of it. Just a couple of months ago, before moving back to the Dallas area I had a Nokia
pos through Cingular/att. I had it for awhile, and the service for much longer, but since ATT took
over their service has gotten worse, esp out there. So, after calling support a few times and
exchanging the phone twice as well as the battery a couple of times, at my expense of coarse, I just
decided enough was enough. (It wouldnt hold a charge for more than an hour and wou....
I love mobile phones, especially Nokias. I own a Nokia 6300 - it isn't anything special, a
middle-class mobile phone, but I love every feature in it. So basically my question is, if you have
experience with Nokia phones what phone do you find most enjoyable and efficient, and what Nokia
would you like to have no matter what /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)"
border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> Cheers. P.S. Please talk about Nokias only . I hate Sony Ericssons

Sending Fake SMS There is a loop hole in Nokia mobile phone using which you can send fake

I'm looking at getting a new mobile phone provider, since my contract with Verizon is running
out in a couple of months. I've been doing a little window shopping, but I'd like to hear
your opinions, since everyone I know has Verizon.....
You can tell us what's, in your opinion, the best mobile or the best brand, but you can tell us
what the worst. The better if it is still on the market, so don't say that the worst is the IDIN
IFIIMYGA (I Don't Know Its Name I Find It In My Grandfather's Attic). In my opinion the
worst is the Motorola C650. A my friend own it and I think that it's something really terrible.

Video Player(like a Play Station 2), etc... waht u think about this?....
I heard from a fellow, a friend of mine, that they had to make the phone wider that most phones in

I'm curious as to just how tiny this phone really is, with marketing aside.....
the cell phone numbers are going to be released soon, depended on the host, there is a number u can
call to get rid of it. Here is the number to call for the "Do Not Call List" for cell phones. It is
1-888-382-1222. It blocks your number for 5 years. You must call it using the phone of the
number you want blocked. Hope this helps.....
There has been much talk about the "microwave radiation" that mobile phones emit. View 1: Yes,
there is possibly some small risk from using mobile phones. It is vastly lower than the risks from
smoking, driving or crossing the road, and probably significantly lower than the risk from TVs and
TV transmitters. After many years of research, there is still no clear proof of any risk at all.
Statistics show that you are more likely to win a lottery jackpot, be struck by lightning, or even

Did anybody try using mobile phone for internet browsing. How fast is it. As far as i know, there is
an GPRS & EDGE for GSM, and i dunno the exact name for CDMA. I just ever try GPRS with max 115kbps,
but i think only 33kbps in max actually. For GPRS-EDGE & CDMA sometime said can get >1MBPS, even
nearly 3MBPS, is that true?....
the lasted intervention which is internet on mms phones hav made some owner break their wallets with
costs over a grand for internet downlaods on the 3 network. i was suprised at these incredible costs
as it is more than i earn in a week so i believe that its wise to remain on pre-paid where i limits
the costs upon the amount of money spent upon phone usage....
