Verizon/palm/microsoft Treo 700 - Is it worth the $500 price tag?

I went up and talked to the Verizon guy up at the local dealer, and he says that the 700 will be teh best smartphone ever. I personally don't have one, but I am thinking about getting one. Does anybody have one, and would like to tell about it?
