It might be too long?
Sometimes the account usernames should be around 8 characters only. I don't know if this rule applies at qupis, but try shortening it to maximum 8 characters and see if that works.

HAHA that worked! I should try reading more! right next to it, it says "4-8 characters" Yup im an idiot!
