I use mine for Schoolwork, cause I do schoolwork over the internet which is nice. I also play lots of browser games. Along with some 3D games, but my computer has a bad graphics card and can't handle most of them. I also use it for making websites and coding. I am on the computer around 15 hours a day.

i use my computer for communication/entertainment/information ^^ my computer is my connection to the world in a way, becuase of the internet. I use instant messengers and email to communicate with friends locally and overseas for no cost at all, have web conversations for fun too. loads of stuff can be got off the internet, like games, software, music, movies etc...so i download stuff alot =P i use my computer to play games, listen to music, watch videos during my free time. when i have work to do, the internet really helps in outsourcing for more info. without the computer, it just wouldn't be as convenient. =D

I use my computer too much, but hey thats the world we live in. I use it for playing the odd game, surfing the net, MSN, email, IRC, image/model design, music mixing, web dev, writing stuff, digital photo editing, you name it ...pretty much.

I use mine to: Browse stuff Play games (on/offline) Design 3D Models Draw (photoshop, zbrush, and 3d progs) Design websites, models, etc. Programming (html, php, java) Homework. Work. Chatting. Rendering, and other processor related things.

Well I use my computer for pretty much everything, coding, school, email, surfing, reading, watching dvd's, play games just to name a few things that I do with my computer. Of course I been using it a lot for posting here on trap (what a promo  .

I use my computer for the nefarious purpose of attempting to compute the prime number of evil... It may take some time, so I'll let you all know what it is when I get there, but if the world comes to an end before I get a chance to say anything, you'll know it was me... And I found the magic number of evil...

Mine ends up being used for fanfic writing, writing in general, website and graphics design, pictures, mail, chatting, music... Basically anything I can get it to do without crashing and messing up my files...

OK I am using my computer for the programming more or less then reading books nowdays less for the games but I sometimes enjoyed playing games a lot. Also and of course I use my computer for instant messaging and then even looking and checking my email

Networking With Mac Os X Computers
(1) I'm having trouble networking with a few Mac OS computers on the LAN I've got my knoppix
machine running on. LEt me see if I can give all of the pertinent details. This system is a
