websites are getting tricky but yeah I'm getting the wood website myself btw why would you want to get a phone number and have telemarketers calling you.

The free site is good. But keep in mind that a lot of the companies that used to be free are now making people pay. There are notes beside these, but they should be removed as they are no longer free. If you just google, "free webmaster stuff" it gives you TONS of stuff to use and mess around with. Some are really cool, like color editors and html viewers, and I also found one, that makes it so you can build your right click menu. Making it so people can or can't see certain options. Just search, you can find great stuff out there.
