I am not entirely sure if this the right place to post about this, but here goes anyway... For those who find themselves slightly (or considerably more than slightly) clueless about where to get started after getting a hosting account, here is an user guide that might potentially help you out. I wrote it out of three hours, so forgive me if it's clumsy, but I'm hoping that a few people here may find it useful. Feedback is greatly appreciated I'm planning to build on a FAQ eventually, based on the questions that are asked most by people around here. Cheerio!

nice catch, ajant. i haven't found any cache via google or via the way-back-machine at archive.org to link to either, so it's a lost cause. as the site linked is now dead, we close this thread.

7. Question On The Support Desk For Trap17 - (2)

   So, I was wondering, is the support desk in some kind of transitional phase or something. My support
   tickets keep getting closed because I get no respone, and I see the same thing happening to other
   people around too. I'm still in th emiddle of trying to sort out a problem I that I first
   submitted the ticket to on September 16. On the first ticket, I got a response that OpaQue was going
   to see it, but a week later when nothing happened I talked to BuffaloHELP. He told me I should
   re-submit the ticket, which I did, and this time I got no response at all....

    Just curious... while I do see some advertisements in the forums, I dont see any solid banner ads or

    I dont see how that can cover a forum of 43,000 w/ thousands of hosting accounts (which you dont
