I got hundreds of PM's asking what the hell is trap17, how did I get this name, what does it
mean.. there is also a thread open regarding this. While most of the people are still wondering,
what does trap17 mean ?? Ok! Time to open up the secret! I used to play CS in a gaming zone at my

Concidering it is a part of the rules that we put signatures in the signature portion instead of
typing it every time you make a post, i made this to tel people how to put the signature up for
people to see. It will automaticly be added to the end of every single post you make! First Off you
need to go to "My Controlls" which can be found in the top right hand side of the screen...
Once you are in your controlls look on the left hand side for "Edit Signature" once you are
there you should see a screen like this that shows your current signature for ex: mine ...

Lately, I was thinking of creating php script for my personal use . The script --> Using
xmlhttprequest for dynamic update and cURL for processing the remote page, I would get some specific
data from the forums index page, like the online users on trap, dynamically. And more stuff like the
latest article (dynamically), top forum credit holders (@SM-> /tongue.gif"
style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> ) and may be even log the
chats, so that at the end of the day I can find something interesting in there. All this things
arranged neatly...

hosting. I have created a programme which look like CODE print " Hi "; i tried saving it in
notepad as "test.cgi" but it saved as a text document, named "test.cgi" I tried putting it in the
"cgi-bin" area, on the free web hosting ftp. but when i ran it, it said it couldnt find it. could

I think there should be more ads on this site. it means they can make more money so they can spend
more money on the site to make it even better than it already is. i personally don't mind ads on
websites they don't affect me and as i send above they give to company more money to spend on
the website....

Since January, hackers have hit hit over 500,000 website, with everything you could possible

websites who are getting hit are running PHPBB forum and the worse part is htey don't mention
which version of the phpbb forums are getting hack. So it is safe to say any version below 3.0 is

I know that Trap17 is just a free-hosting thing but every time I refresh my screen and take a look
at the newest regsitered user; it is always a different username! People register to Trap17 every
minute and it is so amazing! I wonder how everybody finds out about Trap17. I mean, my friend
(Mike) told me about it because his message boards are hosted by you guys but I don't know how
everybody else did. Wow, Trap17 is very active too. I guess you gotta be active to keep your

Hey folks, Im sure when you go on trap17.com you see the hand and the globe logo up top. I know they
use flash for that, but how they heck do you actually do it? I have flashmx and swish3d... Ive used
flashmx, but never swish3d, please tell me which would be best for the logo like the one on
