Tikiwiki Doesn't Work

My Tikiwiki is acting very freaky

I just added it from my fantastico and it won't let me log in, and all this other stuff and its getting annoying. At the top of the webpage it says this:

and when I try and login it says

Can somebody please explain to me what I am doing wrong and how to fix it. I would really appreciate it. The webpage is http://fhome.xxsyrexx.trap17.com (Mods please remove if not needed). I tried installing it two times all ready and it still doesn't work. I looked at a preview of my post before I posted and now the webpage won't even come up. And like I said above whenever I create a new one it says that everytime. Thanks for you understanding.

hmmm thats strange, can you look up

and post here what it says in that row?
(maybe got to do something with chmod)

Was I supposed to add that at the end of the link? Well I added the text in bold to the end of the homepage which was http://fhome.xxsyrexx.trap17.com/tiki-index.php and this is what I got when I added that.

strange part is... that when i look into your cpanel, i cant find the /fhome/ folder... there is a /home/ folder

so just go to http://home.xxsyrexx.trap17.com/tiki-index.php
and it works fine

Yes, that is my old site.

So you're saying that it can't find the "fhome" folder? So if I change the name to something else like "tikiwiki" will it work?

actually i wanna say tkwiki is so large system like wikipedia..they all like that.i just suggested you use the wikkawiki.it's pleasant and smaller.

I am not able to login to my cPanel using the HTTP password request that pops up when I go to my
/cpanel, but when I click cancel and it brings me to the cpanel login screen I am able to login
successfully. I am also unable to authenticate any of my passwords via my FTP client. I've
made a custom account, used the root account, and used some other main accounts (using the main
password). I didn't mistype the password 10 times in a row. What's the deal? Anyone else

Well, at least I need an explaination of what gets credit in posts, and what doesn't. As you can
see here , I didn't know that you get credit for posting information in CODE tags. Do you get

I recently purchased my domain from Yahoo domains, and pointed all the proper nameservers- As you
can see, visiting www.thablkpanda.com - sends you to my site. However http://thablkpanda.com sends
