I need to buy a monitor and i want a TFT between 19 inches or 17inches. I want to spend less than 400 €. I have been looking for something good and i have see this:

Monitor Problem?

Monitor Getting Switched Off
17 inch color monitor (6) i got a new computer recently and everything was fine , until one day suddenly while listiening to
songs my monitor got switched off and again wen i powered off the computer and when i turned it on
the monitor was ok , but again after some time the monitor got switched off and this problem is
continuing for a longtime till now , i contacted my dealer. The dealer said to change the CMOS
battery , i did and still the problem exists and again i contacted him and he said to reinstall the
video card , i did again the problem came , and he asked to remove all the magnetic dev....
No Monitor Signal After Power Surge
(7) Last Sunday we had a power surge due to a lightning that hit our house. Luckily everything is
physically intact. The problem is that some of our technological equipments have been fried. Two of
our TV's broke and my new tower that I built myself is not working anymore. To make long story
short, When I turn on my computer, the monitor is not showing any picture. I tried another monitor
and it says there is no signal. I opened up my tower to see what was happening under the hood... and
what I observed was that the LED light on the motherboard is still lighting up. Whe....
Graphics Card/monitor Issue
(3) Alright, I'll stay by telling you what Graphics Card I have, so there's not confusing. I
have a RECENTELY purchased 258mb GeForce 5500 graphic card. I installed it on my computer, a long
with the drivers.. What I didn't do!; Stupidly enough, I never plugged my monitor into the
graphics card, ha. So for about 2 months I thought I was running a GeForce, when I was actually
running an Intel Extreme Graphics card, ya, don't ask me how I didn't notice. I figured
that out today when I tryed to play fable, and it yelled at me for not having a good en....
Geforce Fx 5200 Problems
My monitor goes blank right as the Windows Welcome screen should appre (5) I hadn't been able to play the Sims 2, and I figured out it was because my video card wasn't
supported. So I went out and picked up a cheap GeForce FX 5200 ($50) and installed it in my
computer. Well as soon as I turned my computer on, everything was normal. But I noticed the
resolution was huge when it got to my desktop and when I went into Display Properties, it was the
only resolution setting there. So I figured I'd install the video card drivers that came on the
software CD. After that it prompted me to restart my computer, and when I did, everything....
Problem With My Monitor
(5) I was wondering if someone might know what my problem might be. I have an LCD Monitor and I had it
for about 3 years. I'm having some weird problem with it. Whenever the monitor was off and I
turn it on with the power button, the green light on the power button starts blinking on and off for
5-10 minutes and then finally the monitor turns on. I have been having this problem for a while and
I tried disconnecting the plugs and connecting them back, but the same thing happens. Whenever the

Double Monitor Question
^^ (15) Alright, I got 2 monitors currently and I found that my brother left his old graphics card at my
house. I was wondering if I would be able to run dual monitors with this. I don't know like
anything about running dual monitors. Do you just need 2 monitors and 2 graphic cards? If thats
the case, my current graphics card is a 32mb geforce2. My brothers old one I believe is some 16mb
card. Will these work? or will their be conflicts because I believe they are different brands and
also have different mb capacity? Also, I'm running windows 2000 pro. Will my os....
What Type Of Monitor Do You Have?
CRT or LCd , which size (27) i bought a Samsung Syncmaster 17" LCD monitor a few days ago its awesome and feels much bigger than
my old 15" CRT and looks a lot cooler. Now i can afford to put large resolutions. And the colours
and brightness is crystal clear. Which monitor do you have, reply. edit:: for those who have big

Ghosting Effect On Monitor?
(10) Hi I currently have a view sonic 17 inch that ive had for about the last three years.... Well Lately
ive been wanting to get a new nice flat panel LCD. I also mainly play the RTS game starcraft but
would like to play perhaps newer games like Halflife 2. Any way i was telling my freind about this
and he said unless i got a very highend Flat pannel LCD (400+ dollars) I would have bad what he
called Ghosting effects while playing new fps's? what is this ? is it true and how much would it
happpen?....
Monitor Colour Problem?
Need Help! (11) I have a problem regardinig my computer. My computer is just 8 months old. Recently I have shifted
it from one room to the other in my home. After shifting it I have seen a problem in it. Sometime
there are rainbow like colours in the four corners of Monitor. These are not permanent. Sometimes
these are very light , sometimes very dark and sometimes they are not at all. What can be the
problem?? In the previous room the UPS was under the computer table but now it is on the table. Can
it be the problem??? Please help if anyone can. Thanks in advance.....
