Could you please post again, telling us the error message you're getting and what line it's on? If you aren't getting an error message, explain what the unexpected behavior is. Also, a slight digression, but using a MD5 hash is extrodinarily unsafe. I'd suggest switching it to SHA1, although SHA1's not all that much better. (I'm really waiting for PHP to officially support a SHA2 function).

Right now, Im focused on the read speeds... AMD Athlon 1800+//768mb ram//9200 radeon @ 128mb//60GB
IDE HDD//Windows XP Pro SP2 I've ran Nero CD-DVD Speed and got 8x read speed for a disc that
supports up to 40x... Considering my DVD-ROM also supports up to 40x for a CD-R... The drive reads
the discs so slow, regular CD's skip. I have the latest firmware (MYS6). Any ideas on what would
be happening?....

Writer My DVD Writer has suddenly stopped recognizing Blank CD-R's, there is no problem reading
CD's and DVD's with some contents on it. It also identifies Blank DVD's and CD RWs and
I'm able to burn properly in them. But when I insert a blank CD-R it fails to recognize the
disk, I get No Disk error, when I try to open it. I first tried using several Sony CD-Rs ....

Hi all Ive completely removed IE because it caused me laods of problems with virusse's etc...
but i use msn messenger a lot and to veiw my emails i usually just click a button and it loads IE
