| | Hey, I have just gotten my blog up and migrated it from my own webserver. I have fixed up most problems but one issue remains. When I try to upload an image to NextGEN Gallery I get and error when it tries to generate a thumbnail.

It does it for EVERY image size, so it's not because of a big image.

Hi, seems like this is'nt a very complicated issue. The error still says that you're exceeding an 33554432 Byte limit so I guess your memory_limit change isn't working properly. Try changing it in your php.ini or your httpd.conf to allow a larger file limit. Have your PHP memory limit changed by your host, if not you may be able to do it yourself.

No. Those files are server configuration files for PHP and Apache respectively. Changing them affects the whole server, so only the server admins can change them. I suggest you go to http://www.xistosupport.com/ and submit a support ticket describing your problem, along with a link to this forum topic, and they should fix it for you.

Ok, will do, but what confuses me is: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1992 bytes). It tried to allocate around 2kb, yet we have over 33mb memory!

Oh dear...and I intend to set up my wordpress blog once I apply and get my hosting approved. I hope this isn't much of a problem when I finally get my hosting!

Gallery Not Working
(2) Alright, the Gallery module from Fantastico always used to work for my site. Now it's suddenly
stopped functioning and I can't even access the control panel for it. My Iframe page linking to

Wordpress Categories Disappear
(5) This problem has happened to both my wordpress blogs hosted with trap17. I made some posts and
assign them to different categories but a few days later, the categories disappear and all my posts
are automatically placed in the Uncategorized category instead. I believe this is not a unique

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel
(0) Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a

Keep Getting Socket Error
mail won't send. (3) When trying to send email, I keep getting a socket #10061 error. I use the Trap 17 smtp server,

(8) Heyhey, I've been approved this morning for a plan #2 hosting package, so I went to he link in
my mail. I've filled in all the fields and also filled in my domain: www.ancient-armada.com The
setup was pretty fast and without problems. After all was set up, I tried to log into the Cpanel by
IP, but that didn't work... It gave a 'page not found' error. I know for my domain it
can take up to a few days before it works, but with the IP, I should be able to log into Cpanel,
