I am same as you as i tried msn after seeing the advert on the tv but i always come back to google becuase its simple. Image search and Web search. Not that keen on Teoma though.

Google is not my homepage but its the only search engine I use. Why? Simply because its just mainly a search engine. I know about G-Mail but thats not stuck on their front page. I did use Yahoo! but they are moving away from the search engine theme and moving on to other things   ~ Munchie ~

i have google as my home page and i use it alot everyday.. If we think internet is nothing withouth search engines. And the internet structure is the links. And i don't use msn search, for me its google forever

Hm... I think that Google will saty best in 3 years 100 % sure. From that I'm not sure... I don't think that any new service can "kill" Google, but some strong like Yahoo, Msn can do it... But take a look, Google is offering new stuff every day...I hope that you understand what I wanna say..

I'd have to say no. I mean.....look at the recent past. We've had Altavista and then after that Yahoo. Yahoo was the biggest for QUITE a while. I remember everyone using Yahoo.....but it didn't have a name that could really be attributed to a verb (like Google). When Google came out.....with it's clean interface and simple design plus the great webcrawler system of the search engine they easily took over. One day there will be something used more than Google......but we haven't created it yet. I'd give it like 10-30 years.

No not at all. They guy who created wikipedia (notice when you search for something in google wikipedia always pops up) is creating a new search engine so I really do not think that google will be able to stay on top for much longer.

I think that google will always be the number one search engine because whenever i need to check for plagiarized topics, or reports (school reports) i use google because it is the most accurate that i have ever used. The reason i say this is because when i first started looking for plagiarized work, i used yahoo, and nothing ever came up, but when i use google, i come up with much much more than when i used yahoo.

i think, Google is the best in Search engines. and it will be best in the internet for search, email, advertisment, blog and information technology. i allways use Google for search. i have installed google toolbar for 5 years!

Google's pretty cool, but according to alexa.com, it is still second to yahoo. One of my favorite things that google offers is called igoogle. Which is their personal home page. Even though they stole the name from mac, and the idea of having "gadgets" from mac also, I think they surpass all the websites I have ever used with their awesome javascript coding abilities.

Google Search Engine Gets An Update
(14) Well it seems google search engine will get a big update when people begin using the search engine.
When a person checks the results of what they entered, they now have the option to check if
video's exsist but instead the video will be within the search query. So basically instead of
clicking all over the place everything will be intertwined within each other, they also plan to
include a gmail link up on top of the search results. Which means new people can sign up for a
gmail account that is now open to the public. They also provided a link to new idea's go....
