amd of course ... its cheaper and most of all you can overclock it not like most of intel chips you cant.. hmm but dispite that..my laptop and desktop is still on intel haha.. 1. dad bought the desktop and i didnt know anything bout it ...hmm laptop - amd - hmm doesnt link up when u hv a sony vaio haha

Intel has a competitive advantage over AMD because of the ammount of research money it shells out. With the kind of money it invests in low-power consumptions, size, and power, Intel is always a safe haven for this who know nothing about chipsets. In Ten years from now, when Intel announces the "214 TSH Giga work holy mother" chipsets, those AMD people will be left in the dark. Either they will have to buy a new motherboard, or be left with last years technology. Since intel is a big company, it is naturally more trusted in a wide array of areas. Since intel has mostly announced new technology, they willl be the future to come. From clock-speed to processors type. Codename Yoonah would work here.

Just and just And Just and Just Intel I Have Intel Cpu for 5 Years and it works Good with out any problems but My firend buy Amd Athlon Cpu afther 3 day has big problem i think intel is old Co and have good history

i prefer AMD, although it consumes more power, it performs better than Intel in 3d games.

well i heard good things on amd, but with new hardware system in which i can't think of the stupid name, but it makes it easier to connect wireless easier i guess, unless that is what im talking about. i have to look it up now. but yeah intel is the way to go since you can do some heavy customizing and not get any problems out of it when you do it right.

I have been using AMD, and loving it over the Intel processors I used to use. While I still use PhotoShop and use encoders to make music and DVDs, I don't do those nearly as much as I do the things AMD processors are good at, Gaming and Programming.

I prefer Intel. I dont' know if I have my facts straight, but I think Intel is more stable and gives off less heat. Well, maybe if I'm brave enought to mess with overclocking, maybe one day, i'll try AMD and save a buck or two. One more plus for intel. I always seem to connect intel with microsoft, Are they same branches of a company or working together or something, anyone knows?

see which brand of processor is more popular (57) I personally preffer the amd chips as they give you much better performance when it comes to games
and that is the main thing i use my pc for. The amd's are also alot cheeper for a equvilent chip

Dual Core From Intel
