 l prefer rpg maker 2000/2003 (Both of them) but the release of rmxp is going to outsmart rpg maker 2000/2003 {Cause l gotta demo of rmxp)

Check out BYOND(Build your own net dream), its a easy to learn online game creation system. Its pretty neat and allows you to make a game in a matter of minutes. www.byond.com. There are lots of tutorials and demos and you can ask any questions you want on the forums.

I thought this was supposed to be hard core game programming. Makers are for noobs. I make most of my games in C++

I've used RPG Maker 2000 and RPG Maker 2003... but I'm thinking about trying some others, as well. Game makers are extrememly fun to fool around with.
