Wow, I wouldn't be the antisocial person I am!  I would be skinnier, more social, more insane, and less in touch with the world, because I get all of my information from here. Psh, it would suck. But not the end of the world I can say.

If there was no internet I would probably be doing what I used to do before I had computers, I'd be riding my bike and going over friends' houses and stuff. I might have a little knowledge in programming, but since I learned almost everything from the internet I wouldn't be making games or anything. I'm glad the internet was created, if it wasn't i'm not sure where I would be, possibly straight As in school though

Without the internet i maybe sitting in front of my computer thinking about how to connect everyone in the world which is the Internet. I'm not going to have my own internet cafe since I earned it by designing websites and programming stuffs. I will not be able to post anything on this forum. Trap17 will just be a dream. I'll never learn PHP, MySQL, APACHE, WAMP and everything related to the internet. ATMs won't be interconnected, and let's be happy with snail mails!

If there is no internet i would be really bored till death,can u just beleive a day with no new information too grasp,no trap17 forums,no site of our own,no quick and innovative way to get rich,no mail checking,no virtual girlfriends,no ebay buying and no millionaire lottery emails hehe ,i dont need the last one by the way.

absolutely not much clue..you would'nt even be reading this if it were true. it would have been a very lame world, specially Information and its reah totally hampered. w/o internet..i bet i can't even think of it.

My life really wouldn't be that different without the internet. I spend a little time on Trap17, but mostly I'm not the kind of person who mindlessly surfs the web. In any case, the internet's not going to mysteriously disappear, so, I don't have to worry. The internet does allow you to do a lot of nice stuff though. It makes it easier to communicate with people and find information, so it might be a bit harder to get work done without the internet. In any case, we do have the internet, and, as long as we have the internet, we have Trap17.

Well without internet its really hard in those days "to live"! I think many people depends on Internet and the internet depends on manypeople!:) If there was no internet i think i was siting and watching tv every day! But i don't even want to think about no internet!

(99) I have always wondered if it is impossible to destroy the internet all together... is this even

Broadband In Gas
Carrying internet over gas pipelines (5) I recently read about a company called Nethercomm that is promoting a broadband in gas technology.
Apparently, this company has some patents pending on devices that can be installed in gas pipelines
that go to commercial and residential buildings to provide the "last mile" connection for broadband.
It appears the technology is based on radio frequencies propogated down the gas pipe as a wave
guide. Nethercomm boasts data rates up to 40 Mbps are possible to the home. Anyone know of any

Internet Telephony - Any Experiences?

with mixed results, and recently read an article about a number of fairly large companies who have
