helpful to have a bunch of color samples or "swatches" which you can mix and match to experiment
with different color combinations. There are several websites on-line which allow you to do this. I
think my favorite one is Kuler from Adobe (Flash-based): http://kuler.adobe.com Click on the
"Create" button and try dragging the knobs around the color wheel to create new color combinations

I Can't Access My Site
(2) Hello I can't access my site, a200.trap17.com, (ignore the default trap17 default page on it)
but others can? I actually can access it if I go via a proxy, but directly I cannot... I can't
successfully ping it either. I can access it at school and under any other internet connection, so
I believe it is my ISP issue (I cant access gamma.xisto.com so it might be the whole server I cant
get to). How can I resolve it? I don't know... I have tried flushing my DNS and that does not

help with my weather site (6) Okay here is the problem. My Site in general. Yes I already know it has a few coding problems, but
that is not the real problem. the problem is I feel as I am not getting the hits I should get, or

A Small Html Problem
How to display foreign characters correctly when designing a site. (5) I was wondering how I could solve a small problem. I was told that some people see accented and
umlauted letters (such as " é " and " ë ") as question marks (" ? ") on my website. I come across
the same thing sometimes when looking at websites which use non-English characters. Funnily enough,
the other day, I looked at a site and the apostrophy ( ' ) was also shown as a question mark.
That is a very common character usually, I would think. I thought it had something to do with the
character encoding settings, and let me also mention I use Mozilla Firefox as my brows....
