The attacker could send text messages, ring numbers and basically use your phone from another location. They can access all your information stored on your phone and sell it on to other people for quite a large profit.
Attackers target places where there will be a lot of people. Normally they target malls and city centers, as there will be a lot of people there and a higher chance of people who have Blue Tooth switched on, on there phone.
The best way to protect yourself from an attack, is basically turn your Blue Tooth off when you are not using it. Therefore the attacker cannot gain access to your phone, as you don't have it turned on.
If you have your phone's Blue Tooth turned on, beware as you may have a £20 phone bill on your next bill.
