For some reason my url isn't working. whenever i click the url it says something about the connection to whatever cannot be reached. one thing i thought the urls had to have was trap17 in them. my doesn't on the cpanel homepage it says that my current url is www.clanavengers.com but like i said when i click it nothing happenes. thanks to anyone who can help me out with this problem.

From what I can tell "clanavengers.com" is not a registered domain. To use a domain you need to first register your domain with a domain registrar. There are many registrars available, GoDaddy is an example of one of them. Domain registration is not free with your hosting account here.

If you would rather not pay for domain registration, you could use a domain name like "clanavenger.trap17.com" with your account for free. Ask in here to change your domain name.

well i looked at his account form and he asked for the trap17.com domain name i suggest pm the admin about this ASAP.

i think you need point your A record to 69.50.188.18
on your domain controler center,( your domain registration domain control )
then unparked the domain on your cpanel,bind it again.
if this still not work just contact the DNS service asked if their dns have problem,
if this still can not help,you would just changed the domain dns server if you have the permission of changing NS.
changing like powerdns,everydns,so so dnspark,they all very good dns service but for free.

then add the A record (69.50.188.18) again to your domain,parked your domain again.
