| | This is the first proper site i have ever really made and i've been working slowly on the homepage for quite a while, and i still have a few things i want to do. The site is going to be for Resident Evil 4 and all i've really done is make the homepage and it will take me quite a while to finish the site. The banner at the top is temporary and i will get a better one made by someone soon hopefully. Any suggestions or complaints about my site so far, here it is

What I hate about dark backrounds is that it strains the eyes when you read for a long time. Alright, you've got a pretty good layout there. But try viewing it on a 1024x768 resolution. The whole site is pretty "left aligned". It should be in the center. Try adding a background to the menu boxes. Would make it look better. Or atleast try changing the colour of those boxes instead. Other than that, I think the content of the website is gonna be pretty good when the website is done. Nice work.

I wanted to mention the same thing with the resolution and maybe one "small cosmetic point". I think it would look nicer if the headers of the boxes would have an other color. I think red is a good choice, but it would look better if the red could be more similar to the red tone used in the banner  . The design at all is pretty good.

Very nice, but I have something to say... You might use a bit lighter red color, it's a bit hard to read text on main page. Menu on the left side is nicely done, very simple, plain and clean. Add more content to gain visitors

I dont think i'll change the background because i think i lighter background colour wouldnt reall suit the site and would look out of place in the theme of Resident Evil. I lost a few of the pages from my site becuase my account got deleted somehow, but i'll be building them up over the next few days if i have enough time. Also does anyone know a way of making the affiliate bar at the side the same on every page so i can change it just by editing it once instead of having to do it 20 times? thanks for the comments.

to center your page all you have to do is align your entire site in the center. at the beginning and end of your website just use: <body><div align="center>all of your site code goes here</div></body>

Keep the old one or this new one? (13) Well as a lot of you know my current site is http://ojproductions.net . I have been really getting
into CSS. It's awesome haha. Anyways i started to make a site out of mostly CSS. I think it
looks much better and more professional. I want to know what site you think is better. So:

Vectorized! (11) The thing about my latest template is that I didn't want to make it insanely customizable like
my last one . So instead of having text they can change, I made an image the title of the site. To
edit that would be to ruin the effect. I love the colorings on it and I wrote a lot about it on my
journal thing along with some other stuff. And yes, it's available for download! And yes,
it's XHTML 1.1(still checking out XHTML 2!)/CSS valid! Anyways, comment, criticize,

It's wonky but it validates (12) I created this monstrosity after having a funky dream about it. Apparently, my brother had to come
calm me down because I was yelling "THE FORMS AREN'T WORKING" in my sleep. Nerdy dreams rock
