Hey everyone! I switched from Flash 8 to Flash MX 2004 pro today... Before I made a little website
in Flash 8, and I thought I could open it in Flash MX 2004, but I think I've got a huge problem.
When I try to open the .fla file I made in FL8, FL MX gives an error which says: Unexpected file
format. He can't open all the files I made in FL 8!!!!!!!! I hope I have not lost them or
anything, What can I do to make FL MX open them ???????? I hope there is something to do about it;
anyone knows what to do?...

RIght now, I have Macromedia Studio MX 2004. I have no problems with it, but I've heard that
studio 8 is also very good. I know that 8 has some inprovements, but is it worth paying another 400

My Hard drive is getting a bit "cluttered". Is there a utility available which will pop-up a long
file description to remind you about what the file is for and when it was created? It would be nice
to have it so when you hover on the file icon a "tool tip" containing the info would display.
Kinda force the computer to remember stuff you should not have to remember about....

I just got a E-mail form pinnacle systems today saying that November 1st will be the release date
for version 10, and upgrades are available now for preorder. I hope that version 10 will be much
better that version 9, because i don't want to pay another 70 bucks for somethinbg that is just

yeah, macromedia is coming out with mx studio 8 in a few weeks, soposetivly. The box is the same old
black design. I wonder what new and usefull features will be coming in this new edition. I'm

EWell this is what i have and its not doing crap barely ever even removes viruses and it also comes
with norton antivirus and firewall and seems it does nothing. I fel its junk what ya"ll think???...

On my site I have a flash menu thing. But when I publish my site or preview it with internet
explorer it blocks the flash content and shows the little yellow bar at the top asking if I want to
enable it. However I see sites with flash just like mine on the net and I dont get that bar when I
visit them. How do I make it so it wont pop up on my site. Is there like a certification sort of

We're looking into getting a studio set up, but no one i know has a Mac, which is what we

Should I back the info up on CDs or what? I was thinking that backing up all my information and

Anvil Studio is a small, easy-to-use music composition program. It supports over 100 instruments,
