Starcraft Winbot?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a New Winbot with Visual Basics. My idea is making a bot that you install in your StarCraft folder so it can use the files in your StarCraft folder to respond to Warden packets. Would be a great idea. Anyone tried this before?
