as long as you can trust the people who handles your account besides you, i'd suppose it would be alright.  anything they do on your hosting account will reflect on you. and any violations they incur would surely be in your name. just be mindful that the hosting TOS is carefully followed, and the people you entrust your hosting are aware of that. otherwise you'd just be jeopardizing your hosting.

IF you see anyone totally different from who I am noramlly, you know who it is yea, be carefull bud and make sure they know the tos. i allowed my wife to share my account(in fact she has access to any and all my accounts) and she broke the terms of service and i took the posting suspension. as i know i am responsible for all my accounts, no use complaining about how it was someone else. anyway, she also felt really bad about what happened so just make sure you both know the rules

I might consider doing this, if I decide to ask a friend to help me to improve my site. Although, a better option would be to let him make an account, then transfer credits to my account, as to avoid confusion.

Problem Concerning Credits Reduced
Reduced when I created a hosting account (12) My free web hosting account request for the second package was approved, which means that at the
time of the request (the topic itself) or the topic, however you want to name it, i had something
over 37 credits, positive and green of course, and when the admin actually approved the request, and
we all know that exactly when we see some changes on the request topic title, for instance, the
addiction of the words: "denied", "approved", et cetera. The point is that when the admin approved
today i had about 45 or 47 credits, and i created then the hosting account that only....
Suspended Account
I need help and fast (1) My account was recently suspended because my hosting credits went below 0.00 days, this was totally
unintentional because i was away and didn't have access to a computer. It was a family issue.
Anyways i posted in the forums and my hosting credits are now 6.34 days, but when i try to log into
the c-panel it doesn't want to enter. It doesn't say anything about an error, the page
simply doesn't load. I don't know what the problem is and i want to use the same sub domain.
what should i do. do my credit have to go up to a certain number or what exactly is....
Cannot Connect With Ftp [resolved]
Default account can, but not created FTP account. (3) I have a bit of a strange problem that someone here may be able to help with. I am preparing my new
Trap17 account for my new site, and am setting up FTP access. I can login quite fine by using the
default login details, using my cPanel username and password as my FTP login credentials. However, I
have created a new FTP account using cPanel, giving access directly to the /public_html/ folder,
with a username of webmaster. Below is the result of a Core FTP session, which shows that my
password is not being accepted... Resolving ftp.travstatesmen.trap17.com... Connect ....
How Do I Close My Hosting Account?
(1) I would like to close my hosting account because I am moving to a new paid host but I am unsure how
to close the account so that if I need to in the future I can open it without having negative
credits. (I realize that all my info from my site will be wiped and if I reopen it will be from
scratch and Ill probably need to get the 30 creds again and what not)....

Gamma Servers' Problem
This topic is for all who have their account on Gamma Server & ha (1) Okay I see a lot of chaos all around and my site zoebelkin.co.cc is still down. Everything including
FTP, CPanel etc are down. My site is on the gamma server. I see that all the servers are moved
around a lot and the IP blocks also changing. So what is the new IP set for 'gamma'. When
doing a reverse check on gamma I see it is still assigned to it's previous IP but when I'm
trying to access the previous IP's port 80 then I get a Server not found error. Also the
gamma.xisto.com name for the server fails to open the default Apache page which it used to ....

I am still hosted (5) It is a shock, it has been almost a year since I moved to ComputingHost but I just realized that I
am still in the hosted group, could I and my website (used to be http://darran.trap17.com) kindly
be removed because I am not using my trap17 account anymore and the space could be given to someone

My Account Is Suspended

Problems Adding An Email Account
(3) Hello, I am trying to add an email account, but I'm having problems. When I go into my Cpanel
and attempt to add an email account I get a message similar to "the account you are trying to
create, You have exceeded the maximum number of email accounts , with the password password
has been created successfully" And, of course, no email account is created. I know I am not
approaching any of my limits (Especially not on email accounts, since it's unlimited) so I'm

Activate Account [resolved]
I was approved but... (5) So, my hosting application was screened and approved about 5-6 days ago. My understanding is that I
then go to trap17.com/manage and then log in. I do this, and see a link "Check your Installation
Configuration (Important, if you have just activated your account)." When I click this, I get a page
that says that my account status is "NON-HOSTED." Am I doing something wrong? Did I forget to do
something? This may not be the appropriate place to post this, but I couldn't find anywhere else

Help With Reactivating Suspended Account
(4) Hey all, I checked out the Hosting Credits FAQ and did not find a explanation to my problem so I am
posting here: My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I
increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now,
and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a
positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take
longer due to server load though. Is there server just under extremely heavy load t....

Ftp Trap17 Account Help Please
cPanel issues and can't upload files (14) A few days ago I tried to log into cPanel on my site ( www.liamssite.trap17.com ) and it didnt work.

(12) OK, my hosting account was upgraded so my hosting credits were set to 0. I went to stay with my
sister for a couple of days and when I got back I had -4 hosting credits and my account was

Bought Credits Not On Hosting Account [resolved]
Money was recieved but no credits (7) I have this problem for at least a week now. I bought 6 months woth of credits because i am going to
be out of town for some time and wont have computer access. So I decided to buy some credits so my
site can stay up and not go down. It has been at least a week now and i have not gotten any reply
from anyone at xisto sales and i went to the help desk and put a ticket in but i have not gotten any
reply from them. So I am posting this topic to see if any admin will be able to slove my problem. If

My Account Does Not Load
(4) Since yesterday I have this problem, my site, nor my CPanel refuse to load, Ive tried to access my

understand this is available once you are above 30 hosting credits but how does it come about? Once
