If you are talking about poverty....then there are lot of things which have been improved...its not about talking about poverty..its about doing something about poverty....now instead of saying these things in forums or in emails or discussing with friends...its better that you start doing something....because untill and unless you and other people will not do anything against poverty nothing will happen and poverty will remain there and it will always be a topic to be discussed. And if at all they are discussing Bio-Technology then its for betterment of both countries and the whole world....because Bio-technology will help others only. That is sure an impressive list of credentials for one country. I have always known that India was full of "culture", but I was not aware of the depth until reading your post. Thanks for making us all a little wiser, Mayank, and I hope some good comes out of the discussions between the top dogs... India poor? ...maybe by North American standards, but far from "impoverished"...
