if its a beta? i wont get it... i have the old thing and it works just fine for me... i doubt ill download a new one till the old one is regarded as 'old skool'

Some of my friends have MSN Messenger Beta, and they say its really good. They said one of the best new features is you are able to play a sound or music or something, and they automatically download onto your computer. That's the thing I'm not so sure about. If anyone has the beta could you clarify this? And one other thing is this 'nudge' feature, in which they say makes loud nooises or something on your speaker to remind you about the convo.

MSN Messenger 7 was a beta version the last time I checked. It has a tone of new features. I think that MSN Messenger 7 isn't in beta anymore but I'm not sure.

yeah, i like MSN7. It hasnt changed a huge amoutn since the beta but is worth the download.
What i iwsh they would do, is allow you to have animated profile pics. . . basicly supporting aniamtion gifs

Yea, I like the new MSN7. I don't know if anyone mentioned this but I really like how you instead of the msn dude, you can see a little version of the person's DP.

Im not really bothered about it, even though I have it.

I would still be happy with msn messenger even if I had version 1. but yeh msn messenger has come along and I dont know what else they can put on it.

MSN Messenger version 7 is kool..
I have a question, i came to know that MSN messenger chat can be monitored by some softwares.
Is it true with Version 7 also?
If i use Web MSN Messenger client , still those chat monitoring softwares will work?

Yes, there are softwares, but I'm not sure that they work on the Web MSN Messenger.

I am using one extension, called Messenger Plus!, and you can download it here: http://www.msgplus.net/
This is the most used extension, and is available in alot of languages.

It works in all versions of MSN Messenger, and it works on Windows Messenger. So I think it works on the Web MSN Messenger client.

MSN Messenger 7 seems a little cluttered to me...

The nudge feature is nice, and if your on a touch screen laptop then the handwrite feature works awesomely....

Other than that its normal

I use the drawing tool sometimes too... Also, I like the personal message that you can write in addition to your nick

And nudges are great!

Everything else, like the Meegos thing, and winks, are just stupid... And MSN have too much ads now
