| | Hey, i'm just wondering if anyone could help me. I'm doing a project in school in access, and i've accidentally unchecked all of the buttons in the startup box ( Tools>startup), and now i cant put any of my settings back. i cant save or anything. does anybody know how to fix this? |

please make your query more elaborate, so that we can help you. what version are you using is it Access 2000 or XP or 2003 or 2007

So you don't have your file menu then CODE file Edit View... You should still have this, if not then reinstall it, if you do the following (shold work for any version) go to tool>customize>toolbars and select everything till they show up. Or do this create a blank DB open up tools>start up and reselect everything that should work.

Try reinstalling the program. The data in saved files should be unaffected by this. I havn't used Access in a while since moving to Mac and using PostgreSQL as my primary DB, but I remember doing something similar once back in college. That machine loaded a fresh windows 2000 install every time it booted (from the network) and I just restarted the machine and everything came back.

Presumably the problem is that you now don't have any toolbars. Hold shift while Access starts up, which will ignore whatever you have told it to do and will make it start with all the default settings and options. Then you can just flick everything back on and start again normally. If that doesn't work, try hitting Alt + T or something and see if the bar appears. You also have the shortcuts for things like saving (Ctrl + S).

Google Bar Extenson Needed
Fault with instalation (1) I recently perfomed a check for updates on my extensions and updated several including my google
tool bar. The update stopped at 452 of 677 and the green bar froze, I tried restarting ad
re-updating but the same thing happened. So I stupidly removed the extension and then tried to
instal the latest version from scratch but the same problem persists so now I cannot add the toolbar
back in. I have tried completely uninstalling FF but when I reinstall it has all my extensions in
place and the same freeze occurs when I try to re-install googlebar. So, anyone know how to ....

(16) hi everyone, I just downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 Beta 2. My opinion is the new beta is
GREAT!! The beta is fully functional, with some bugs but not bad at all! I downloaded
the Beta with all programs except one note and all the server things. The beta is very flashy, a
lot of eye candy that are just there to look good. But what supprozed me about the beta is the eye
candy in this version actually has a purpose. Most of the flashy pop ups or right menus actually
have all of the information ready for you. This is mostly in Miscrosoft Office 2007 Out....

Where should it be located for online site access? (7) I recently tried to read a pdf file from an internet site and received a message that
"Acrobat Reader" program could not be found. My copy is located here: "C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" Where in the devil else would it be
looking for the exe file? Or maybe my privacy settings won't allow access to my puter for the
