My Account Status
I am still hosted (5) It is a shock, it has been almost a year since I moved to ComputingHost but I just realized that I
am still in the hosted group, could I and my website (used to be http://darran.trap17.com) kindly
be removed because I am not using my trap17 account anymore and the space could be given to someone
who has been contributing well on the forum and is a regular. 1 quick question: will my credits be

What's Happening With Trap17 Servers? [resolved]
My page is down and cpanel is different (1) What's happening with trap17 hosting servers since around 10 hours ago? My page is down, I have
no files hosted, no databases, not even index.htm or index.php, and cpanel looks to have been
upgraded. Are you doing any upgrade to the server gamma? Any information would be usefull!

(6) I have been experiencing a lot of downtime recently, it may be short bursts of them, not lasting
more than 2 hours. BUT I have been getting it almost everyday, and it is getting frustrating when I
am making a new post in my blog and I can't post because the SQL component is down, and a
download dialog pops up asking me to download the page which I am which in this case is
'post.php' I understand that Trap17 is a free service and all but can the admin team do
something about it, it is very frustrating as a user as well, I have had quite a number of feedback

Fear Of My Status On Trap17
(13) Within the past week someone registered me on someone elses forums, to be specific, it was
coolduck123456 's forums. They Registered using Albus Dumbledore, and made some posts saying
that they were Albus Dumbledore from trap17. I am not the one who registered there, and i sort of
in fear for my sstatus on trap17 Because coolduck believed that i was the one who actually
registered, so who's to say that this person doesn't register me at 50 other forums, and say
the same thing, advertise my site, and trap17's site, and come to trap17 or xisto, and get ....

Cannot Access My Cpanel
Dont know whats wrong (1) Hi all!, i just received my free webhosting account but i cannot acces cPanel the info i got
from the installation log to enter to my account was this url http://69.50.188.18/cpanel i entered
but when i write my account info, it tells me QUOTE Login Attempt Failed! i also checked
if my username is correct at QUOTE http://www.trap17.com/process/statuscheck.htm and it is
therefore i might think my password is incorrect but the installation log confirmed it. My question
is. Am I wrong? or should i reset my password? thanx in advance....
What's Going On With The Mysql
database error and gd+ problems (6) this error is coming up Database error in vBulletin : Link-ID == false, connect failed mysql
error: mysql error number: 0 I saw the problem the cpu and memory was at overload. Why is that?
Also our images ain't coming up for gd+ and we had to disable image verification so new members

Hosting Credits Vs. Days
What's the difference? (6) I need 30 hosting credits to upgrade my hosting plan, but I can't see that information anywhere.
Where Trap17 used to display my hosting credits, it now displays the number of days I can go without
posting. How do I find out how many credits I have? Or do I need to build up 30 days of credit?....

What's the deal?? Having trouble here... (4) I'm using an email address under my domain and had been using Neomail to check it for most of
the time that I've been hosted (less than 2 months now). Not long ago I tried Horde and
switched to it because it looked nicer. At first, my emails weren't visible in Horde, but later
they appeared and I couldn't see them in Neomail anymore (I don't know how this happened or
what I did.) But since using it, Horde was giving me trouble so I decided to switch back to Neomail.
