| | When trying to send email, I keep getting a socket #10061 error.
I use the Trap 17 smtp server, related to my own domain, which is mail.vlaanderen-flanders.org.uk.
This seems to be happening regularly lately.
Has anyone got any idea why this could be happening?

If I remember correctly, #10061 is a connection refused error. However, the title is slightly misleading. The most common cause is the connection never actually being made, most likely due to a firewall or router stopping connections. If you have a firewall or router, make sure they allow traffic to travel freely between your computer and the Internet on ports 25 (SMTP), 110 (POP3) and 143 (IMAP).

The log of my email client then also showed the most common error was "Connection timed out". As for firewall POP3 and smtp port, the ports are all set correctly and I have not changed any firewall settings. Might be a good idea to raise a ticket, as it starts happening a bit too often.

Error 28 (on Phpmyadmin)
What does this error message mean? (10) I have a shopping cart system on my website. It always worked before, but all of a sudden, when I
try to access it i get "Got error 28 from storage engine". Has that got something to do with the

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel
(0) Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a
password. I have tried the link that is located in the Credit System 2.0 I have tried the links

(8) Heyhey, I've been approved this morning for a plan #2 hosting package, so I went to he link in
my mail. I've filled in all the fields and also filled in my domain: www.ancient-armada.com The
setup was pretty fast and without problems. After all was set up, I tried to log into the Cpanel by
IP, but that didn't work... It gave a 'page not found' error. I know for my domain it
can take up to a few days before it works, but with the IP, I should be able to log into Cpanel,

How do I make it and read my mail? (7) Hey guys, I love how I have sendmail and my own email account here, but I don't know how to
access them. When I created my account, I put in my home email address because that's supposed
to be there. But instead of having my users email me at my home email account in my contact form, I
would like to have them email me here at trap17. I went into my Email Management and saw Add/Remove
Email and created one called Custergrant@custopoly.trap17.com...and it created correctly and all.
But if I have users email at this, how do I read it? Do I click Read Webmail? And h....
