| | Hey everyone. I have never been a fan of itunes but since i own a ipod, i kinda have to use it to obtain the best functionality. On tuesday, Apple not only released new versions of the ipod but they also released iTunes 7. For those of us who had to use iTunes to transfer music, etc. to our ipods we were prompt for an update. Therefore, most of us did this. The problem is that now we can not play music using iTunes because the songs sound distorted and very staticly. Check out their forums and you will see i am not the only one who has this issue.
My recommendation is that you do not update your version of iTunes if you use it for playing any sort of music, video, etc. and wait for a quality release. It is sad how even Apple wil release software that is not thoroughly tested and completely working since i always believed them to be the anti-microsoft. I guess i was wrong. |

Oh thank god for this I was prompted to update my Itunes a few days back to 7.0 but due to some inconvenience issues as I was super-multitasking at that time, I did not update it. I would probably wait for some clarification on this thread or on the forums at Apple itself. Anyone who updated their Itunes had this problem too?

Itunes Question......
- (2)
How come when I first added all of my songs into iTunes on the top bar, they all said "detecting
song volume" or something like that and all of the songs played at the same volume and were adjusted
so one song wasn't very loud and the next one barely hearable? Now when I add music nothing
happens and some of these songs, now, are much louder than the others? Any ideas?...

porting itunes and itunes music store is a good idea. The creator of the petition think it will be a

Itunes More Popular Than P2p?
- latest survey.. (4)
The results of the latest research, that was done by the NPD group company shows, that Apples iTunes
is far more popular than the vast majority of p2p systems. In March almost 1,7 million of American
households downloaded at least one song using iTunes, which puts it in the second place. The winMX
program is still in the first place - used by 2,1 million households. Kazaa and iMesh are behind
iTunes and other paid-services, such as Napster or RealPlayer, follow just behind. In March 4% of
all american households with internet access used some sort of paid-service to down...

- Doesn't work? (0)
First off I'm not sure if this topic should go in What is... so Admin feel free to close or move
it. I've download pocket pc Divx 0.8 and for some reason it would not play any files from mp3
to avi. I've heard people say it doesn't work and others say it works perfectly. Is it
because of different OS? I'm running Windows Pocket PC 2003 and it wouldn't play anything.
Any help or opinions is most welcome. I'm moving this to the Softwares forum. The main idea of
this forum - to share what you have learned today - is a little vague, so it w...

I've been trying to install a server on my Mankdrake 10 linux distro machine, but it has failed.
I followed a book, I followed several "install mysql" tutorial stuff and it doesn't seem to
work. I am new to linux and I have never had even an RPM work on this computer. Its not a slow
computer, but it runs a 1.7g Intel Celeron, 300+ Ram (256 + 128), built in graphics and sound -
sound doesn't work, and screensavers are slow as hell. I think the os has lots a problems with
