Use trap17 free host
A solution would include your owning the Domain name, having a Web Host and then doing your own image upload facility.
Until then, Imagefilez.com might work for you?
Why not imageshack.us?
Thats the problem... Everyone really uses it.
And Imagefilez.com is part of the same company as Trap17, too...

I used to use imageshack.us all the time, until they deleted my avatar on some other forum, and sig images on this forum. I guess they were taking up too much bandwidth or something. It was really annoying. Ever since then I've used Imagefilez.com, because i always see the ad for it on this site. So far, no problems!
I guess if you want something that no one uses, use Ripway. They have offline linking, a useful feature if you wanna put the images on your sites and posts.
The downside is that they only have around 30 megs for you to use, but it might be ok for images. As a bonus, they have php scripting if your hosting a website. I wouldn't use them because they have such a small meg allowence, plus not much bandwidth but if you want a no fuss easy solution, Ripway is ok. Hey that rhymes!!
I would personally use http://imageshack.us and I don't really see anything wrong with it. Another option would be http://photobucket.com

Imageshack isn't always fast, but it makes registration optional and probably isn't going to shut down anytime soon, so it's my favorite.
