| | How often do you exercise in a week? I usually go for jogging and body stretching sort of exercise atleast three times a day. A year ago I joined gym but I left owing to too much difference it brought in muscles' movement when one becomes a little inactive. I feel that normal exercise is good enough for health. Share yours. thanks. |

Iīm afraid I am very lazy for doing exercise. The only sport I do is the one related to dayly work and studies, etc. Maybe a football match once a month and some swimming, but only in summer time. I donīt like gyms.

I exercise a lot. I run about 5-6 miles a day at a 7 minute pace, then I take around an hour brake, and go work out in the gym for around 30 minutes. The running is forced upon me though, my parents and my coach make me lol.

I would if I could. My gym card has expired.. I need a new one but I can't be bothered to renew it. If I went to the gym I would probably spend like 2 hours because I don't do any other sports... I use to be some sports freak and did everything there was at school and outside school and my mum made me go swimming and stuff because I had a weak like body or whatever. I've also been gymnastics for like 6 or 7 years.... learnt how to do back flips etc... I went like only twice a week for 4 hours I weerent like INTO it that much... I left because we were skint it was so expensive for us it was costing over 600 pounds a year. So I carried on with swimming... I've been doing swimming for 8 years then quit because I had too much homework lol... yeh i know lame excuse... and then I started to do some trampolining and stopped that like last month... so now because I've quit everything all my muscles etc turned into flab and i'm fairly fat now... I put on like a stone. I'm starting to look like MR Blobby.if you know what I mean lmao. My friends are tooo athletic it makes me feel unfit.. My friend goes Judo like 40 hours a week and my other friend who does Irish Dancing does that like everyday, she has got into the world championships now... and my other mate has been acepted into the Crystal Palace football team for girls under 16 or something....and Ive acheived like NOTHING.

I'm pretty active compared a few months ago. I ride my exercise bike every second day or so from 15-25 minutes. I can actually work up a sweat doing it. Sometimes I work out at home with the barbells and dumbells. I have physed at school also, so I run alot. So I'd say I'm exercising in a healthy manner for the most part.

A few years ago I used to play competetive soccer almost every day. I would have two to three hour long soccer practices after school on top of the stuff I had to do in PE class. I was very fit and very healthy. Then I quit very suddenly mostly because I didn't make the age requirement to keep playing with the soccer buds. Since then I've never been that active. I do surf, hike, bike, and frisbee golf but not as frequently as I think I should. I think I'm going start playing some pick-up games with some friends though to start getting back into it.

i lift 2 times a week now and run cardio about 3 times a week, sometimes on the same day, which is a great workout. I burn about 500 calories in a 30 min cardio workout. I have to run with my body type or else i just get chubby (damn genetics). I am pretty solid at 5'10 188lbs. For all the ppl that workout 4-6 times a week, remember that your muscles have to heal before they can gain anymore.

I run 1 mile every day or at least jog. I don't like running outdoors for some reason especially when its cold. so i'm glad i have a tread mill at home its helpful that and i get to watch an anime or something while i run. it makes time go fast thats for sure. I don't really like going to the gym either. I don't like to work out with people around me. i guess i'm too self conscious? but i don't like jogging but i do it anyways cause i feel so good afterwards

Honestly, not as much as I should. I'm really into swimming and I could probably do a lot more swimming but lately I've been a bit lazy. I'm one of those people that can start swimming at 8:00a.m. and not have a break until 5:00p.m. (when I start to get hungry again lol) so I can pretty much go for as long as I want and not get tired. I'm sure there's a limit to how much I can swim, but i haven't found that limit yet. We have a 14 metre pool and one week I just went nutts with swimming my week went like this: Monday: 200 laps Tuesday: 300 laps Wednesday: 700 laps. Thursday: 100 laps Friday: 100 laps I think I was busy on the weekend and the following week I started back at school, so I didn't get to swim anymore. I want to be one of those people who swim long distances...Like across channels and stuff. That'd be awesome.

Enzymes And Health
Some interesting info on enzymes (0) Enzymes act as catalysts in living organisms which allow important chemical reactions to occur at
lower temperatures. They are not altered in the process and can be used in many reactions. Most of
the chemical reactions that occur in living organisms are regulated by enzymes and would happen much
slower without them. For example, without the digestive enzyme carboxypepdidase, it would take
seven years to digest a hamburger. Ethyl carbamate is a compound found in fermented beverages that
can cause cancer in various organisms. Its precursor is urea, an intermediate du....
Colors In Foods Have Different Health Purposes
(6) I chanced upon a book called 'What Colour is Your Diet' by David Heber, which is about how
different colored foods can help to nourish different parts of your body. Red and pink fruits and
vegetables help protect the heart by controlling high blood pressure and protect against
circulatory problems resulting from diabetes. Examples of these fruits and vegetables include
watermelon, pink grapefruit, tomato, watermelon, strawberries, raspberries and beetroot. Green
fruits and vegetables help to protect the liver. They are common in everyday food and should not....
Google Health Beta Service Goes Live
(1) Well it seems Google is going ahead with service even though the huge security risks that are
involved in this program. Of course, they are well aware of the problems that come with this, but
even if they got military grade security on their servers, there is far to much risk having your
medical records floating around on the internet. However, its not like they have been circulating on
the net for years through computer databases and what not, and that really surprises me that
hospitals haven't been attack or if they have, they been keeping it hush hush for years. ....
Eat Tomatoes For Good Health!
(5) Tomatoes are rich in fibre and Vitamins A and C. They are also cholesterol free. An average-sized
tomato weighing about 150gm has only 35 calories. New medical research suggests that lycopene, the
stuff that makes tomatoes red, may prevent several types of cancer such as lung, prostate, cervical,
digestive tract and breast. Cooked tomatoes have higher concentrations of lycopene than non-cooked
tomatoes. When you eat tomatoes which are cooked with a bit of olive oil, the nutrient aspects of
tomatoes are absorbed more effectively. On a side note, there are more than 10....
Where Is The Time For Exercise

Health Care In Canada Bleeding Us Dry.
health care with extremely high tax rates. (6) Hi I live in Canada and we have one of the best health care systems in the world. Yes I can go to a
hospital for free. Yes I can get treated for free but there are some serious down sides. Fist off
non essential medical things are not covered. For example a guy got a pace maker implant and after a
while it broke though the skin and was hanging half way out. Well he wanted this fixed but because
it was classified as non essential they wanted a poor old retired man to pay $40,000 to fix it.
Now there is a good side in that if something bad happens to use we will be t....
Checking You Health
Checking Your Health (0) As I have gotten older and many of my friends are having to have physicals done to be approved for

in three weeks so I am going to get some lab work done before I meet with the insurance

3 Balanced Elements Of Life : Health - Wealth - Family (relationships)
(7) Just thought about sharing this.. I had this in my mind since a long time (heard it somewhere on
radio, tv…) 3 Bloody things in our life always balance themselves out (in most of the cases I
guess) 1. Health 2. Wealth 3. Family (or any close relationships). A person who has lots of wealth
seldom manages time for his personal health, fitness or diet and often goes through mental stress
On the other hand, A person managing health and wealth equally will seldom have problems giving time
to his family.. A person, who spends a good time with his family, kids, friend....

3 Elements Of Life, Balancing Life
Health, Money & Family (6) I was reading this post (http://www.trap17.com/forums/god-blame-t25797.html) and felt like sharing

balance. (In most of the cases) 1 > Health 2 > Wealth 3 > Family Either one has lots of money and
good health, but has a very bad family life. When I say family life, it is more leaned towards
peace. Similarly, one might have a very good family life and health, but has Financial problems. In

Are Mobile Phones Dangerous?
to the user's health... (110) There has been much talk about the "microwave radiation" that mobile phones emit. View 1: Yes,
there is possibly some small risk from using mobile phones. It is vastly lower than the risks from
smoking, driving or crossing the road, and probably significantly lower than the risk from TVs and
TV transmitters. After many years of research, there is still no clear proof of any risk at all.
Statistics show that you are more likely to win a lottery jackpot, be struck by lightning, or even
