oops its a little embarrasing i didnt see there is already a topic for PC's
Hmm, homemade, you didn't really make all the components yourself...anyway, it looks real cool, too bad you didn't post the specs. I built mine at home with my dad, mine doesn't have all the high-tech gadgets and flashy lights waaaah im jealous :'(!!! Anyway, my pc is a 3-year old old-timer. Let me know if you don't want your comp anymore, i'll gladly pick it up from your house.
Actually the pc is a friend of mine's looks real cool the specs weren't mentioned but i know he did it himself
absolutely lovely, but aside from the lights and bodywork, what's the engine like?
QUOTE I put two 120mm fans in this thing.. These babies move some air.. i added 1 80mm fan behind the HDD's.. Put in a Temp monitoring system.. Put in a 450w power supliy and added a fan to the front side of the power pack to push the air in. I got blue tube light to put inside but did not get them in there tonight, do that another night. I had a gaming tower before this but it did not have the big 120mm fans front and rear.. It only had 80mm front and two 80mm rears Oh and my cpu temp before was 42C and now i am running at a cool 32C 10 degree's just by canging the case.. This is the only thing he mentioned about it...i ll post the configoration as soon as i get info about it
That pc is really awsome. I really like the chassie and LED lights. The motherboard and stuff looks pretty good too. I would like to know some specs though.
My computer has a similar case to yours- er I mean your friends. The only thing is that mine is black (I think its technical name is "Jet Black") and it doesnt have the two air-hole-socket-thingys on the bottom front left and right.
When you find out the specs post them- I want to see if my computer is any better than your friends. >_<
Aweseome, I like it, how did he get the custom side panelings? XBlade on the front and those cool vents on the sides and all, it's very cool looking, I'd like to know more about the actual processors and such inside it, all that was mentioned in you quote was the fans it had.
He could make money producing and selling pimped out PC's like that.
I may make something like that, spend a few thousand. I really use my computer that much, really! so, I just need the money first (lol)

Sweet Case modding job, I dont have a pic on here of my modded case on my xbox but its not as cool as yours....It will be someday though
dr1v3r, your friend has an really impressive computer. Any idea on how much it costed him? Also, do you know where he got that case from?
I have a DIY computer similar to yours. I don’t like the light so I seldom turn it on. But the fans on the box are important. You won’t have those fans on a computer from Dell or HP. I have four fans, two for cooling down the 2 hard disks and 2 for ventilation. There are dust problem, however, with the fans. I used an ASUS motherboard and it allows me to use the AI overclocking option. I get overclock my 3G to 3.2G quite easily. That’s why the fans become essential. I don’t have a front panel, though, which I think is quite useful for overclocking users.
QUOTE(Keeper @ May 9 2005, 08:11 AM) By the Way forgot to add this thing: You got so good puter and have hard disk drives with 60GB capacity only ??? I'm using Maxtor's Hard Disks with 160 GB Capacity and 8 Mb buffer They are noiseless and BIG ____________________________________________ Keeper, Sons of the Dragon http://mercenaries.net.ru Yeah i noticed it too i gues he should have more HDD's but 60 is more than enough 4 me i have 20 on the PC that i use and 280 on my server so it's more than enough... |
