how to write all cgi script first line? is #!usr/bin/perl or #!usr/local/bin/perl

I'm pretty sure it's just usr/bin/perl, but they've got the full path listed in the cpanel.

I've got a script running on my site that starts with that line, and it's OK.

yea it is actually #!usr/bin/perl thats what all .cgi scripts start with.
