Help With Filezilla

I went to connect with fillzilla version 2.2.18 to my cpanel so I can upload stuff faster and faster and I got this error "Response: 421 Too many connections (8) from this IP" why is it saying that? how can I get to Cpanel with fillzilla? please help me.

as it is obvious from the error message you get, you can't open more than 8 connections (links) from your IP to the server...
