Have any of you ever tried to make your own operating system? I mean we seem to have some very intelligent programmers here so I was just wondering if any of you have ever wanted to or tried to.

No, I only know basic functions of Turing (a language based on Pascal). According to my computer teacher, you must make an operating system that does simple stuff like addition/subtraction and file management to pass the IT course for Universities.

    Why don't you enable html in sigs, like it could be useful for flash animated sigs, and if it
    gets to be too much you can always disable it or restrict it for certain members. Just a thought.
