It's a great new tool especially for people who run websites like most of us here at trap17. It provides a detailed report about our site traffic. It's based upon urchin that google acquired a while ago, which I think is the best web traffic analyzer out there until now. The best thing about this is that it is free. |

I tried Google Analytics too and I must say its awesome. Somebody plz tell me is this what urchoin.com was offering?! Seems that google is out to make web services free. They made KeyHole to Google Earth. What next? Google webhosting.... speaking of which there is a good amount of probability that they will.

I signdup yesterday... it looks nice, its little confused becouse im using awStats for very long time, i didnt checked all of the featurues, it looks it have some very good, that can help you with your keywords... Goals & Funnel Process, and other nice thingies. But a lot would help something like a quick little tutorial about google analytics. Maybe google will add some small helpful thingies, like simple statistic, that will get you mail or ... etc a lot of posibilites with google. The thing that Google bought that script from urchoin.com talks of how much power google have, i would never pay for this kind of sciprts, nither do anyone who i know  ... another smart move of Google !

i've been using google analytics since a long time and i must say that its pretty good and useful, especially for those commercial websites... yes, it too k me some time to get adjusted with the way the things worked and showed up in google analytics but now i m quite comfortable with it however, there are still some parts that i m not well acquainted with, but as time progress, i m sure i'll be able to make good use of it

I recently looked at my analytics account when I got my DSL and saw that it even has a map and you can see which countries your visitors came from... It's pretty useful! Most of my visitors were in European or North American countries... There are also pie charts and various graphs. If you are fanatic about keeping site statistics, I suggest you sign-up for it. It might take a while before you are able to get your sign-up link, but believe me, it's worth it.

I recently received an invitation from Google for my Google Analytics account. The service is more advanced than any other monitoring service I've so far come accross. It gives us all sort of information about who access our sites when, how long they stay and so on. The results are neatly categorized and are displayed in several graphical fromats. This service still in Beta is Really Great.

I waited aout two months or so I think. But as far as I can tell, it's well worth the wait, especially if you are a marketing-type person. I mean, there are so many businees-oriented reports, and so little really webmaster-focused reports (despite there being a section on the navbar for webmasters).

Having Trouble Accessing Google
(1) I opened my computer this morning very excited about checking my email but to no avail because till
now I am having a hard time connecting to gmail and google. I already tried a few things like 1.

Google Health Beta Service Goes Live
(1) Well it seems Google is going ahead with service even though the huge security risks that are
involved in this program. Of course, they are well aware of the problems that come with this, but
even if they got military grade security on their servers, there is far to much risk having your
medical records floating around on the internet. However, its not like they have been circulating on
the net for years through computer databases and what not, and that really surprises me that
hospitals haven't been attack or if they have, they been keeping it hush hush for years. ....
Google Notifier Problems...
(3) Alright well I've got google notifier on my mac and it works great, so I decided to install it
on my windows partition as well. Well I am having problems with the windows version (Surprised?).
Anyway the problem is that it doesn't remember my username and password. The mac version stores
my account username and password in the mac keychain, but the windows version prompts me for my
account username and password every time I start up the computer . It completely defeats the
purpose of the notifier. If anyone knows how to have it store the username and passwo....
Google Operating System
Should or Will they ever make one? (9) I think it would be sweet to have a Google operating system. I searched google for it, and all that
I could find was a bunch of people with the idea for them to make one. I think they'd be able
to make it run all the programs we have already for Windows, Linux, and Mac, and make it a lot

Errors with Google (13) For about one or two weeks my browsers(both internet explorer and firefox) were hijacked to some
degree by google. No matter what web address I would put in to either of them be it something like
